Define and support the implementation of quality standards, processes, and guidelines for manufactured products and components
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs within the operational unit or assigned value stream
Evaluate manufacturing processes and outputs against internal and regulatory quality standards
Identify process deviations and product defects, initiate reporting, and support troubleshooting activities
Contribute to corrective and preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, A3, Ishikawa)
Support continuous improvement of quality standards, processes, and concepts within the operational unit
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality expectations and performance targets
Communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality requirements
Support internal audits and quality system compliance activities
Provide guidance and occasional training to operational teams on quality-related topics

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in quality or manufacturing environments
Basic knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC; FMEA is a plus)
Understanding of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5 Why, A3, Ishikawa)
Basic knowledge of process management and manufacturing operations
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; knowledge of MES or CAQ systems is an advantage
Minimum B2 level of English
