Role Overview
- Assess, implement, and test changes and enhancements in Product Configurator
- Coordinate maintenance and upgrades
- Ensure alignment with business objectives
- Support issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement in functionality
- Understand business needs and priorities within the Product Configurator process
- Coordinate various initiatives to deliver business value
- Provide functional expertise for owned application
- Product Configurator
- Manage project backlog for agile projects in DevOps
- Take ownership of assigned user stories
- Collaborate with the Squad Lead to evaluate solution options
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or similar
- 6 years of working experience in IT function or IT consulting
- Experience with SAP solutions configuration
- Various SAAS solutions
- Software development and data integration
- Experience in solutions supporting Marketing and Sales HQ function would be a plus
- 4 years of project management expertise
- Business requirements and processes analysis
- SAP CPQ functional knowledge preferred or on SAP solutions for product management (PDM & PLM)
- Proven experience configuring the SAP system
- Writing functional documentation
- Solutions design and architecture
- Proven experience on Microsoft 365 tools
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
