Own the problem space for Wallet and Bank Interactions end-to-end, setting the roadmap independently and ensuring both teams are aligned to Mollie's long-term objectives.
Lead the execution of high-stakes initiatives with precision, including the Wallet migration of all core accounting flows and the delivery of Mollie's new banking platform, in close collaboration with the Business Banking domain.
Play a central role in the architectural design and delivery work that enables Mollie to obtain a banking licence, connect directly to the ECB, and scale to handle a significantly larger volume of transactions.
Act as the primary owner of communication and alignment within and across the Financial Services domain, influencing peers and executives through expertise and compelling arguments.
Influence the design and evolution of the Product Delivery craft and its ways of working, and mentor junior team members to strengthen their skills and performance.
Requirements
A strong track record in Product Delivery Management or Technical Product Management, ideally within a fintech or payments environment.
A strong technical foundation, ideally from a software engineering or solutions architecture background, with the confidence to challenge engineering managers on architecture and contribute meaningfully to technical direction.
A working understanding of how money moves through systems, including concepts like ledgers, settlements, accounting flows, and banking infrastructure.
A proven track record of owning complex, long-running initiatives from problem identification through to delivery and scale, including migrations or platform decoupling work.
The ability to resolve complex cross-team issues quickly and assertively, making meaningful decisions without waiting for full consensus.
The ability to translate deeply technical topics into clear, compelling narratives and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
