Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to manage software licenses, contract renewals, and vendor compliance, ensuring legal and regulatory adherence.
Personnel must be proficient in license tracking, contract interpretation, and cost optimization strategies for software and hardware procurements.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Contract Law, Business Management, or a related field -OR
A minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
Must have demonstrated experience in the DFARS and FAR processes for software and technology licensing, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations and intellectual property policies.
Experience managing enterprise software licenses, tracking renewal cycles, and ensuring vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements.
Experience with DoD licensing agreements, SaaS procurement, and enterprise contract negotiation is required.
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) Certification desired.
This position does not require a security clearance; however, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
