Role Overview
- Ensure smooth financial and operational execution of clinical studies
- Act as key collaborator across multiple departments (Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, etc.)
- Manage lifecycle of supplier contracts and payments
- Drive financial accuracy by creating and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and accruals
- Maintain and update contract information within tracking tools
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the contract signature process
- Prepare and submit reports regarding transfers of value to healthcare providers
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with leaders and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent relevant expertise in healthcare industry)
- 3-5+ years of professional experience, specifically in purchase order (PO) creation and invoice management
- Experience with negotiating budgets with clinical sites is a plus
- Proven experience tracking financial data such as accruals and payments within complex business environments
- Ability to work independently while effectively partnering across functions like Legal, Procurement, and Clinical Operations
- Flexibility and adaptability to perform in fast-paced, matrixed environment
