Founder & CEO Partnership: Directly challenge subsidiary founders and CEOs on their cost bases, organizational structures, and headcount efficiency. You must hold your ground and drive tough operational decisions.
Financial Team Management: Leverage your strong core finance fundamentals to hire, structure, and manage the accounting and transactional teams operating beneath you.

Background: 5 to 6 years explicitly within tax and audit tracks at top consulting or professional services firms. Your experience must bridge finance and commercial business strategy.
The Mindset: Exceptionally hungry, driven, and focused on execution details rather than high-level advisory decks.
Communication & Presence: Direct and assertive. You are completely comfortable putting opinionated founders and CEOs under commercial pressure without getting rolled over by strong personalities.
Core Fundamentals: Bulletproof understanding of core finance, corporate accounting, and tech operations.
Tech advisory/understanding is a plus.
