Drive 1–2 new-market or new-vertical GTM tests with clear scale/pivot/stop decisions.
Design and run the rhythms that let the team execute at speed: OKR cadence and quality bar, people & hiring planning, leadership rituals (board prep, exec syncs, monthly all-hands).
Requirements
5+ years in top-tier strategy consulting, transaction services, or VC, with experience inside a startup (or as a founder).
You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you build simple systems from scratch and keep them running.
You are low-maintenance, proactive, and take ownership without needing heavy processes or constant guidance.
You bridge leadership and teams by turning messy questions into clear options and recommendations.
Strong finance & analytical skills (budgeting, cash management, forecasting) in a high-growth context.
You can combine strategy with execution — building business cases and driving decisions with data.
Fluent in French, fully professional in English.
