Supporting users in resolving issues related to financial and reporting tools, ensuring timely assistance and continuity of business operations;
Supporting monthly sales-related processes, validating data, following up on identified issues, and ensuring consistency across reporting outputs;
Maintaining and updating master data such as customer, product, and pricing information, ensuring accuracy and data quality across systems;
Investigating data inconsistencies and supporting their resolution, ensuring reliable and trustworthy business information;
Collaborating with IT and data teams when deeper technical investigation is required, ensuring efficient issue resolution and escalation management;
Supporting reporting activities and validating data consistency across multiple systems, helping maintain accuracy of business insights;
Creating and maintaining documentation related to processes, issue resolutions, and operational activities, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing;
Supporting testing activities related to system changes and enhancements, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
Experience in a related area or completion of a relevant internship, ensuring foundational knowledge of business systems, reporting, or data-related processes;
Ability to work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
Experience working with Excel and handling data, enabling effective data validation, analysis, and reporting support;
Strong attention to detail and structured approach to work, ensuring accuracy and consistency across tasks and deliverables;
Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders;
Strong sense of ownership and reliability, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and followed through to resolution.
