Create marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines using IFF templates (e.g., presentations, tasting sheets, videos, posters)
Capture and share insights on food, beverage, and flavor trends across the organization
Support sourcing and purchasing of market samples for global colleagues
Coordinate with external partners for branded materials and printed assets (labels, leaflets, etc.)
Develop content for internal communication channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Customer Insights) to support customer experience initiatives
Assist with the organization of trade shows, events, and exhibitions, including logistics and on-site coordination
Monitor marketing and industry trends and contribute ideas to improve activities and processes

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn and develop new skills
Organized approach with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in food and beverage industry is an advantage
