About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow Cloud spend within your Partner base
Conduct regular meetings (both online and face-to-face) with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide training and support to partners to enhance their knowledge of our products and services.
Follow up on all sales leads and ensure timely and effective communication with partners.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ArrowSphere platform and Internal/Vendor Programmes & Incentives
Requirements
Proven track record in sales and relationship management within the IT industry, particularly in selling to or through partners
In-depth knowledge of cloud solutions and services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
Experience in developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand partner spend
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
