About this role
Role Overview
- We are systematically building our partner ecosystem and are looking for someone to architect this area from the ground up: structures, processes, KPIs, and go-to-market logic.
- You will work closely with our Head of Partner Management and own the strategic development of our partner program: from concept to execution.
- You define how we acquire, enable, and measure partners — and you implement it yourself. This is not a pure coordination or project-management role.
- You think in systems, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguity into structure — with the expectation that the result will still hold up in two years.
Requirements
- You have a background in management consulting, building B2B ecosystems, or a comparable role with high complexity and multiple stakeholders — and you know how to create structure where there was none.
- You are data-driven: you define KPIs, analyze them, and derive decisions from them — rather than acting on gut feeling.
- You turn ambiguity into structure: you can analyze an unclear field, prioritize, and translate it into a pragmatic first step — without waiting for a perfect plan.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively — on equal terms with executives, partners, and internal teams. You can pitch concepts concisely and win stakeholders over.
- You work independently, prioritize consistently, and keep the red thread even across multiple parallel topics — without others having to follow up.
- You want true ownership — not a coordination role. You should be satisfied if, in two years, you can say: the partner program running today is the one I built.
