Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the organization (e.g. Sales, Operations, Engineering)
Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure every application has a positive, transparent, and engaging experience from their initial application to the offer and onboarding stage.
Market Mapping & Creative Sourcing: Research our competitors and target companies to identify high-performing talent aligned with our team and company goals.
Recruitment Marketing: Actively promote and engage passive talent through creative channels to build a diverse pipeline for current and future openings.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, assist in drafting job postings, and supporting them through the interview process.
ATS & Data Maintenance: Own the integrity of our Applicant Tracking System
Workable, ensuring applicant records are up to date and tracking key hiring metrics.
People Team Projects: Assist with or lead exciting initiatives on our roadmap, such as employer branding campaigns and optimizing our onboarding experience.
Requirements
Proven Track Record: You have 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
Systems Mindset: You are proficient with learning and using ATS platforms and HRIS systems, and you know how to leverage them to create a seamless candidate experience (e.g. Workable, BambooHR, Slack, Google Workspace).
Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch our culture and role impact effectively.
Good Judgement: Ability to handle sensitive candidate information and hiring manager feedback with confidentiality and professionalism.
