Requirements
You have existing experience (approx. 1–2 years) in copywriting, ideally within performance marketing or social media.
You are familiar with direct-response copywriting and enthusiastic about sales psychology.
You understand why copy works and engage with buyer psychology, hooks, and sales logic — you want to master this craft.
You research target audiences analytically and methodically and know how to make them excited about a product.
You're a social media nerd who knows the trends and how to adapt them.
You enjoy working with data and are willing to get hands-on with Meta and TikTok Ads Managers.
You are organized, eager to learn, and want to develop professionally at pace.
