Creation of social media content (posts, videos, stories) aligned with defined themes
Support in content planning and contribution of your own topic ideas based on current trends
Participation in video content production (shooting, editing, subtitling)
Support for content production during events (e.g., interviews, highlight clips)
First-level community management (responding to comments, interactions, moderation)
Forwarding inquiries and topics to internal stakeholders
Support in creating and reviewing UGC briefings and quality assurance of content
Support in creating reports and maintaining social listening queries
Requirements
Enrollment at a German university — ideally in Marketing or a related degree program
Some practical experience in creating social media content
Experience independently recording and editing videos, ideally with a smartphone and common editing tools
Creativity and a flair for engaging content and current social media trends
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
High initiative and willingness to actively contribute ideas
Good communication skills and team spirit
Confident use of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or similar channels
Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
Availability of at least 15–20 hours per week; during holidays/semester breaks there is the option to increase to full-time (Wednesday is the office day)
