Review of release documentation for upcoming ORBIS releases
Validation of new functionalities and bug fixes in ORBIS based on the documentation
Preparation of the update guide and accompanying documentation for updating ORBIS
Cross-departmental collaboration with Development, Support and Service
Coordination with customers regarding delivered documentation (if required)

Vocational training or degree in a medical field or in IT, with strong interest in the other field
Ideally, several years of experience with ORBIS
Experience in patient administration and billing, alternatively experience in the operating room (OR) area or intensive care
Confident command of German, spoken and written, with a strong focus on accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Extensive knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Knowledge of HTML is an advantage
Quick comprehension, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and meticulously
Results-oriented work style and reliability with deadlines
High resilience and ability to work under pressure
Good written and spoken English skills
