Role Overview
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on decision-makers in IT, DevOps, and Infrastructure.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute a high-volume outreach strategy including 50–60 cold calls per day, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking.
- Technical Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess tech stacks, cloud environments, and data center needs using BANT or MEDDPIC frameworks.
- Solution Mapping: Effectively communicate the value of complex solutions (Servers, Cloud, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity) to both technical CTOs and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Drive a consistent pipeline with a target of 15 qualified meetings per month and a monthly revenue target of £100,000.
- Full-Cycle Engagement: Manage leads through the qualification process, including closing, upselling, cross-selling, and account management.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends like Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing, and AI to provide expert-led consultations.
Requirements
- Proven track record in an SDR or Sales role within the SaaS or Tech sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
- Proficiency in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Expert-level skills in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong ability in lead qualification, account management, and upselling.
- Ability to work GMT hours (with flexible core overlap) in an offshore capacity.
- Experience specifically within the IT infrastructure, data center, or cloud services space.
- Familiarity with bridging technical gaps for enterprise-level clients.
