Conduct regular business reviews with customers to build and maintain strong relationships with key members of the customer's organization.
Meet with senior-level buyers to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.
Conduct regular restaurant audits to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
Confirm understanding of customers' business needs, issues faced, and opportunities with various customer buyers to develop viable solutions.
Build a business plan/solution and contingency plans in collaboration with the customer.
Activate The Coca-Cola Company System to develop and implement a business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume.
Provide strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend solutions that drive the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
3+ years of successful sales account management experience.
Foodservice experience preferred.
Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
Proven track record of securing sales of various offerings, working with multiple levels of purchasing tiers.
Proven ability to identify customer needs based on customer feedback and identify opportunities through technical knowledge.
Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision effectively.
