As Sales Enablement Manager at Yousign, your mission is to increase revenue productivity by equipping Sales teams with the right content, training, processes, and tools to consistently win across SMB and Mid‑Market.
Build a scalable enablement engine covering onboarding and continuous learning.
Drive cross‑functional alignment to improve the performance of the sales organization.
Design and deliver onboarding programs.
Create structured onboarding journeys that get new hires productive quickly.
Ensure each program is easy to follow, practical, and scalable.
Create and manage sales content.
Develop playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks, and other tools to help Sales win.
Keep content relevant, accessible, and adopted by the team.
Drive continuous learning and enablement initiatives.
Identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and processes.
Launch programs that elevate performance for both SMB and Mid‑Market teams.
Collaborate across teams: work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment. Collect feedback, measure impact, and continuously optimize initiatives.
Requirements
Hands‑on and strategic experience in Sales Enablement with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS go‑to‑market (GTM).
Proven ability to create high‑impact content (playbooks, battlecards, messaging frameworks) and to design onboarding journeys and training sessions.
Strong program management discipline — initiatives are well‑structured, adopted, and continuously improved.
Comfortable collaborating across functions, connecting Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive results.
Thrive in a fast‑moving, scale‑up environment where you can take ownership and make a real impact.
Fluency in French and English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
