You develop and own a scalable knowledge base as the central enablement product for our Marketplace partners.
You create modern, user-friendly learning formats such as step-by-step guides, video tutorials, walkthroughs, and troubleshooting flows.
You work closely with the Technical Integration team to translate practical onboarding insights into clear, actionable content.
You analyze content performance, user behavior, and support requests to continuously optimize content and expand self-service offerings.
You accelerate partner activation and drive stronger feature adoption through effective content and communication strategies.
Requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in content strategy, enablement, or knowledge management.
You have a solid understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, platforms, or integrations and can explain complex topics clearly.
You enjoy working in a data-driven way and use insights from content performance and user behavior to improve your work.
You value collaboration with diverse stakeholders and like exchanging ideas with colleagues from different teams over a coffee.
