Athletics Travel Manager, NCAA Ground Transportation

Role Overview

• Sourcing, contracting, and managing motorcoach transportation needs for the NCAA Ground Transportation program.
• Solicit, review, and confirm motorcoach quotes.
• Maintain proactive vendor communication.
• Manage numerous concurrent trip needs and communications.
• Provide 24/7 support in select time periods.
• Create excellent collaboration and communication with all partners in the program.
• Oversee post-trip invoice completion and resolve discrepancies.
• Be available to travel for work, which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, travel, or ground transportation environments.
