Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
Review story requirements with cross-functional teams and validate system functionality.
Contribute to implementations, troubleshoot issues, conduct impact analysis, and recommend solutions.
Review system enhancements with project stakeholders.
Create flow diagrams and document technical solutions.
Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and provide technical guidance.
Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies, business analysis best practices, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background
Ability to identify and solve business problems through innovative and practical solutions
Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to audiences at all levels
Proven experience with Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence (WebI)
Strong expertise with the EASY database system and related data
Experience supporting external client analytics and reporting, including total rewards files, external plan and participant data file
Solid background in Agile methodologies, with hands-on use of tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience implementing AI-driven use cases
Strong Project Management skills
Experience collecting, documenting, and managing system requirements from stakeholders.
Deep understanding of highly complex multi-platform applications and systems.
Strong documentation skills to create reports, manuals, workflows, and specifications.
Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources to support successful project delivery.
Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project scope, requirements, and technology.
Expertise in business analysis within software development environments.
