Role Overview
- Provide support to agency colleagues on clients' legal issues
- Assist and advise on acts and transactions related to the life of companies
- Restructurings: mergers, demergers, full or partial transfers of assets
- Commercial and professional leases
- Transfer of client portfolios (e.g., medical practice goodwill)
- Ongoing monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments
- Provide technical support to our audit and accounting teams
- Handle the approval of annual accounts
Requirements
- Master’s-level legal degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in business law
- Significant experience in a law firm or accounting firm
- Knowledge of taxation is a plus
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
