Contract management: Draft, review and manage contracts to protect our legal and business interests and to ensure legal certainty and transparency.
Strategic legal advice: Provide practical, business-oriented counsel to our teams, identify legal risks and develop sustainable solutions together with stakeholders.
Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with customers and partners domestically and internationally.
Optimization of legal processes: Collaborate within the Legal team and with business stakeholders to continuously improve processes and create measurable value for the company.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a legal point of contact and contributor across the organization to help teams achieve their goals on a sound legal foundation.
Compliance and regulation: Develop and oversee processes to ensure that our activities comply with legal requirements, particularly in IT law, data protection and other compliance areas.
Requirements
You are a fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with at least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in IT (contract) law.
You take business ownership by designing and implementing legal-related processes within the company.
Ideally, you have prior experience in compliance and data protection or are interested in taking co-responsibility for these areas.
You are experienced in communicating complex legal matters clearly and understandably.
You have business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
You demonstrate a high level of initiative and a proactive working style with a focus on business processes.
You are willing to work regularly from our modern office in Mannheim (min. 3 days per week).
