Role Overview
- Support operational teams with clear legal analyses and recommendations
- Work on compliance for customer acquisition journeys
- Assist in managing contractual relationships with partners
- Contribute to compliance with data protection legislation (personal data)
- Serve as custodian for corporate governance matters (board, general meetings, formalities)
- Participate in automating legal processes
Requirements
- Law student (Master 2) in business law / digital law or attending bar school (PPI)
- Fluent in French and English (knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a plus)
- Previous experience in a law firm or in-house would be an advantage
- Pragmatic, proactive, adaptable, precise and thorough
