Support our Administration & Facilities Manager in all things office and mailroom related
Manage the ordering and stocking of supplies, ensuring resources are available
Act as a brand ambassador, creating an inviting office environment
Prioritize tasks, provide centralized administrative support
Build strong relationships with employees and vendors
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience managing office operations, mailroom functions, and supporting administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, managing spreadsheets, and coordinating events
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work in office in the Cincinnati Ohio office 5 days a week
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
