Perform a variety of journey-level, specialized clerical support duties within the justice system
Preparing and processing specialized documents
Providing information to the public and partner agencies
Responding to inquiries
Ensuring quality and accuracy in all work
Strong typing and data entry skills
Operate office equipment that requires manual dexterity of hands and body
Requirements
Two years of experience performing specialized clerical duties such as drafting memos and correspondence, gathering data for reports, and providing customer service duties
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
High school diploma or GED
Post-secondary education may substitute for the minimum experience on a year-for-year basis
Valid Arizona driver’s license upon hire
Clerical/customer service experience in a law office, judicial, or law enforcement environment
