Lead day-to-day operational performance for assigned applications/services
Drive problem management and root-cause analysis practices
Perform and guide technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation activities
Partner with Application Development to coordinate release planning and deployment
Define and mature monitoring strategies and service health indicators
Ensure DR plans are accurate and executed
Establish governance structures and ensure adherence to security standards
Provide full people-leadership accountability including hiring and performance management
Own workforce planning, forecasting, and budget inputs

Degree or equivalent experience
Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience
1+ years of supervisory or management experience
4+ years of experience in systems engineering, application support, infrastructure operations, or production engineering
Strong expertise in incident, problem, and change management within a regulated environment
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive root cause remediation to measurable outcomes
Experience owning complex operational delivery across technical teams
Executive-level communication skills
Broad technical foundation across production environments
