Develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as IT Engineering, Application Development, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Agile, DevOps, Digital Adoption, Project Management, and Process/Business Analysis.
Participate in rotation assignments throughout the two-year talent development program.
Requirements
Students expecting to graduate in December 2025 or May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree. Desired majors include, but are not limited to: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other major with strong analytical/technical base.
A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of graduation
Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative and process improvement
Demonstrated commitment to extracurricular activities on campus or within the community
Ability to demonstrate strong communication, agility and teamwork
Ability to analyze and reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment
Leadership experience outside of the classroom.
