Acquisition and development of B2B customers and sales partners for charging stations, storage solutions, and energy management systems (EMS)
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline – from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract closing
Develop customer-specific solution concepts together with Technical Sales, Product, and Engineering
Lead negotiations with customers, partners, and EPCs and support tenders and commercial processes
Analyze market, competition, and customer requirements to further develop our sales strategy and offering structure
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales of energy systems, charging infrastructure, storage solutions, EMS, or related technical solutions
Good understanding of energy market dynamics, technical system architectures, and economic business cases
Fluent German and English with strong negotiation skills and a confident presence in customer and partner interactions
High level of personal responsibility, strong closing skills, excellent communication, and enjoyment of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
