About this role
Role Overview
- You'll be at the forefront of customer satisfaction, assisting both guests (B2C) and partners (B2B) via phone, email, and chat.
- Tasks include handling reservations, account management, payments, and modifications.
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Danish (C1+ level) with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong English skills (B2+ level) for training, system navigation, and internal updates.
- Solid PC skills (Windows, keyboard shortcuts, and basic troubleshooting) with the ability to multitask across systems.
- No prior experience required! A background in hospitality or customer service is a great asset, but we will train you on everything you need to know.
