Lead a shared UX service that drives cohesive, modern, user-centered digital experiences
Responsible for leading a team of UX designers and design engineers
Drive the UX strategy across the organization
Maintain an outside-in perspective by monitoring industry UX trends
Partner with product teams to define research goals, metrics, and criteria
Ensure design intent is implemented accurately by partnering with Engineering
Facilitate and promote the creation and evolution of a design system
Champion user-centered methods and ensure research informs roadmap and design decisions
Oversee usability testing and validation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Interaction Design, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in end-to-end user-centric design
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups
Strong ability to articulate complex design concepts
Solid knowledge of creating and leading design systems
Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, or similar tools
