Advisor Application Designer

Role Overview

• Head up technical teams and workstreams in designing, developing, testing and installing complex database applications
• Oversee relationships between application architects and developers
• Write complex design, coding and testing documentation
• Provide technical consulting on complex projects
• Mentor and guide less experienced application designers

Requirements

• 9 or more years of application, web and product design and support experience
• 3 or more years preferred working with Medicaid and Medicare technologies
• Expertise in software and product design methodologies, programming languages, and operating systems
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to mentor individual contributors
