Responsible for initiating and developing engineering drawings through completion for assigned projects
Completes design assignments of moderate complexity under direct supervision
Develops engineering drawings of moderate complexity under general supervision
Applies a solid level of understanding within a specific discipline
Familiar with codes, permits, and software applications related to the discipline
Understands the process of preparing designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated instructions
Assists in the collection of data on manpower, man-hour, and labor costs requirements for design staff
Performs both routine and non-routine, complex design assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations

BA/BS degree + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Autodesk AutoCAD Civil3D experience
Strong technical progression within civil engineering and design
Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), ProjectWise, Microsoft Excel, Google Earth, NavisWorks, ESRI GIS, Blue Marble Global Mapper or other GIS applications
Experience with other software such as InfraWorks, ReCap, Bluebeam, Revit is a plus
