Role Overview
- Develop, enhance and increase regional sales performance to meet/exceed annual objectives
- Ensure corporate sales and marketing direction is executed within a geographic area
- Implement the regional strategy and/or district sales strategy
- Develop and maintain solid customer relationships
- Respond to the needs of the customer in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of the team as well as sales figures and territory data
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years’ pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience required
- Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel 60-70% (will include overnight travel)
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
