- Drive the multi-year transformation vision by establishing a unified operating model, service catalogue, and delivery framework
- Own the People Services technology roadmap and business requirements
- Lead the enablement function as the connective tissue between technology, COEs, and People Business Partners
- Unify the global HR service platform into a single, intelligent front door for all people support
- Build and develop a high-performing team spanning People Services and enablement across three brands
- Establish global process standards and governance
- Define and track operational metrics that showcase service quality
Requirements
- Significant experience leading People Services or HR operations at a high-growth, global technology company
- A technology-forward approach to operations
- Deep understanding of People Services enablement
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and transformation
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder leadership
