About this role
Role Overview
- Lead teams responsible for the design, development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions (machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI)
- Oversee budget management, unit performance, and embody the organizational culture
- Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions
- Drive the lifecycle management of AI solutions
- Ensure the quality, compliance and performance of delivered AI solutions
- Manage and grow the AI center of expertise
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, business administration or a related field
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, advanced analytics or a related domain
- At least six (6) years of team management experience
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies (ML, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, agentic AI)
- Strong command of MLOps practices and the challenges of model production deployment and monitoring
- Understanding of AI platform architectures and associated technology ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI solutions, ideally using product management practices (product vision, value-driven prioritization, roadmap)
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
