About this role
Role Overview
- Support the legal team in various different tasks that can change on a day-to-day basis
- Participate in the drafting all documentation required for M&A transactions under Maltese corporate law
- Take an active role in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, redomiciliation project along with setting up and administering trusts and foundations
- Assist with day-to-day casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities
- Manage individual client relationships independently
Requirements
- A law degree
- Passion for corporate law
- Able to work effectively under pressure and is results-oriented
- Articulate and able to communicate in English, both written and verbally.
