Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, franchising, or category development in the beverage, consumer goods, or alcohol industries.
Proven experience in alcoholic beverages with a strong understanding of category dynamics, regulations, and commercial execution.
Demonstrated ability to drive brand or category strategies through franchise systems and commercial partnerships.
Deep understanding of local market dynamics, including retail environments, modern and traditional trade, and on-premise and off-premise channels.
Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Experience managing cross-functional interfaces and external partnerships to execute large-scale, complex business plans.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, apply revenue-growth principles, and convert insights into actionable results.
Demonstrated comfort with digital tools, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies that optimize decision-making and improve execution.
Understanding of regulatory considerations within the alcohol sector and a commitment to compliance standards.
