Director, Growth & Structured Finance

Role Overview

• Lead the delivery of complex financing solutions to SME and Mid-Market clients
• Originate and structure tailored funding solutions, supporting transactions such as acquisitions, MBOs and growth capital
• Play a key role in winning new business, leading deals end-to-end, and building lasting relationships
• Work closely with Credit Risk and Product teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke lending structures
• Contribute to the development of our broader market proposition

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in cashflow lending, debt origination and structuring
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capability, including experience delivering complex or leveraged transactions
• 5+ years’ experience working across SME and Mid-Market client segments
• Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
• Established network within the corporate finance, debt advisory and professional communities
• Recognised accountancy or finance qualification would be great
