About this role
Role Overview
Develop, implement and support the sales plan for your region, aligned with the targets defined in the company's Strategic Plan;
Manage your region across all commercial indicators and KPIs, aligned with the expectations of your management and the company;
Train reseller partners: processes, systems, and commercial/product and market knowledge;
Conduct field visits to customers;
Work with creativity and a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Experience in commercial/sales roles;
Valid driver's license (CNH);
Must be available for frequent travel.
Experience with financial mathematics and use of the HP12C calculator;
Microsoft Office suite;
Postgraduate degree;
Ability to work autonomously;
Proactive attitude;
Initiative;
Enjoy working with people.
