Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent);
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Commitment to continuous professional development;
- Interest in insurance law;
- Strong legal drafting skills;
- Experience preparing legal opinions;
- Experience with contentious litigation.
