About this role
Role Overview
- Drive operational excellence within the Sales and Marketing organisation
- Act as a key business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership
- Lead, develop, and supervise the Customer Service and Logistics teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Support new business development
- Manage and administer marketing and offtake agreements
- Oversee third-party imports of aluminium and related raw materials
- Manage relationships with customs brokers and logistics service providers
Requirements
- BA / BS degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Solid understanding of aluminium markets, LME pricing mechanisms, and hedging practices
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
