Role Overview
Design, plan, and execute advisor-focused marketing initiatives across the West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions
Blend strategic thinking with strong project-management skills to deliver high-impact, multi-channel marketing initiatives
Develop trust with advisors, partners, and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
Stay connected to trends and the markets supported
Generate fresh ideas and build on existing themes
Deliver elevated, thoughtful experiences that resonate with audiences
Work closely with regional leadership to support advisors in deepening relationships and driving growth
Create multichannel marketing strategies aligned with advisors’ business targets and priority demographics
Oversee execution of strategies, understanding the needs of target audiences to deliver memorable experiences
Serve as a project manager and leader for office-wide activities including campaigns, events, forums, partnerships, and digital activities
Partner with Events Agency and advisor’s client servicing team on execution of events and activities
Be accountable for budget management related to advisor marketing strategies
Identify opportunities for innovation by leveraging existing technology, driving process improvement, and staying current on industry trends
Requirements
5-7+ years previous experience in a marketing or event planning role
Demonstrate an ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
Ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
Innovative thinking to create unique and memorable event experiences
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly
Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the planning and execution phases
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred
Salesforce and Pardot knowledge are a plus
Some regional travel will be required
