You will process, review, and follow up on sales orders
You will enter and expedite orders to satisfy customer requirements
You will locate parts when demand is greater than supply
You will assist in Körber AG order processing
You will analyze demand/usage and recommend/inform Inventory Control of matters affecting inventory levels
You will communicate (in writing and verbally) with assigned account contact on matters concerning total transactions, including information requests, quotations, purchase orders, shipping schedules, billing, and problem areas
You will keep management informed on matters affecting department operations
Requirements
You have at least two years of college, or equivalent
You must have at least two years’ experience in customer relations
You possess good oral and written communication skills
You are proficient in the use of personal computers, with a working knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel and Access)
You must have a personality conducive to maintaining excellent customer relations is also required
You must be able to read technical drawings
