Develop appeal and cost-sharing strategies in collaboration with lawyers and specialized partners, structuring files for legal proceedings and tribunal hearings.
Leverage your in-depth understanding of the medical aspects as an analytical tool to inform decisions, formulate recommendations, and support strategic thinking.
Work closely with lawyers, medical experts and other stakeholders, conduct targeted research, and intervene as needed in conciliation or in communications with workers.
Contribute to the management, optimization and streamlining of a caseload of complex files.
Requirements
Proven experience: minimum 5 years in CNESST claims management or a similar field.
Analytical and strategic mindset: ability to understand complex cases, identify key issues and anticipate risks.
Resourcefulness and proactivity: comfortable handling semi-active, complex files and working independently.
Knowledge of medical aspects: sufficient understanding to support analysis and strategic thinking.
Organizational skills and rigor: ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with structure and flexibility.
