Requirements
1-5 years of recruiting experience, hiring the best people.
High Volume Full-Cycle Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to own the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
An owner-operator approach, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly at all levels.
Bonus Points: Experience recruiting for companies with large ACV in complex deals.
