Fluency in English.
Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in a startup environment
you know the pace, and you like it.
Comfort recruiting across both tech and non-tech roles.
A track record of hitting hiring goals, even when pipelines are tough.
Sharp instincts for people
and the negotiation skills to close.
Self-direction. You don't need hand-holding to figure out priorities or move fast.
Strong communication and organisation skills, and the resilience to keep going when things don't go to plan.
