About this role
Role Overview
Support the sales team in managing the full deal lifecycle from signed agreement to merchant activation
Coordinate merchant onboarding processes
Facilitate exchange and processing of commercial agreements with merchants and partners
Maintain and update CRM pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales organization
Support Sales Managers and Business Development leadership with deal execution tasks
Prepare and organize sales documentation and reporting materials
Requirements
2+ years of experience working in fintech industry
Experience working with various SaaS and CRM software (Pipedrive)
Good understanding of the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
Experience in sales is a big plus
Excellent English: spoken and written both (other languages are a bonus)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Open-minded, quick learner, easy to adapt to the ever-changing payment ecosystem
