Familiarize yourself with the system architecture, deployment and testing strategies, and the delivery schedule.
Participate in kickoff meetings for each delivery and in other project meetings.
Consult users to precisely define operational needs related to the functional requirement documents.
Identify possible solutions with the IT team and draft a summary of the solutions and their impacts.
Present the solution summaries and their impacts to users and the team — ensure overall consistency.
Validate the functional requirement documents and complete quality assurance forms for all cycles.
Ensure the development team adheres to the directions provided by users.
Develop business processes to represent the implemented solutions (BPMN standard).
Act as Product Owner (PO) or assistant PO as required — write and prioritize stories in the backlog.
Produce the test strategy and draft the test specifications for acceptance testing.
Execute acceptance tests, track defects, and produce periodic progress reports.
Write the test summary and any other required documentation.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Administration, or a relevant field. Accepted compensations: Bachelor's in another field (+1 year of experience) | Certificate in the field (+4 years) | Any other diploma or none (+6 years).
IT experience: 5 years in information systems development within a user environment (requirements analysis, validation of functional specifications, writing test specifications, test execution), including one assignment on a project >8,000 person-days with an engagement >250 person-days in an environment comparable to RQ.
Process analysis: 1 year as an operational/process analyst in a large organization (500 employees or more).
Multi-unit experience: 2 assignments involving interaction with a large number of administrative units.
Agile: Practical experience in at least one assignment using Agile methodology.
Acceptance testing: 1 year preparing and executing acceptance tests in a continuous delivery environment.
Requirement 7 — BPMN: Minimum 1 year developing processes using the BPMN standard or equivalent (process diagrams, activity diagrams).
