Contribute to the conception and implementation of HR projects collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria (e.g., process optimization, new HR formats, tools or initiatives)
Create presentations, decision papers and communication materials for various stakeholders
Conduct general analyses and surveys and prepare data reports
Support preliminary planning, event management and coordination
Cooperate and negotiate with external service providers (e.g., hotels, catering companies)
Research and prepare information on HR-relevant topics
Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
Very good Microsoft Office 365 skills; SAP (e.g., SuccessFactors) knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, with a strong hands-on mentality
Proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility in an international, multicultural environment
Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to see the big picture
Very good German skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level), as well as good English skills
